jhPrinceton Weight Loss Corp. has been the leading weight loss counseling program in Princeton for over 25 years. Recommended by many physicians, the program has helped thousands of clients lose weight and keep it off.

The core of the program is understanding why the client overeats, and customizing a program to combat both the psychological and behavioral issues that lead to weight gain. Each client is encouraged to set reasonable weight loss goals, with a sensible menu of everyday foods. There are no drugs, prepackaged foods, or liquid diets, which can result in rapid weight loss, which is unhealthy and unsustainable. All clients are encouraged to exercise four days a week in order to maximize the benefits of the program.

Joyce Hofmann, founder and President of Princeton Weight Loss Corp., is a graduate of Adelphi University. She was a two-sport athlete in college and is currently one of the top tennis players in her age group in New Jersey.
